Designed and implemented NRM based Model of “Integrated Landscape Management and Sustainable Livelihood Development” for the smallholder tribal farmers in the forest fringe villages in Burudih and Rampur under Purulia District West Bengal.
Designed and implemented Model of Capacity Building and Women Empowerment through Integrated Landscape Management For Sustainable Livelihood Development for the tribal farmers especially the PVTG (Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups) like Birhors in Jharkhand. and Kamars in Chhattisgarh
He has been the Lead Trainer and Course Coordinator for the Compulsory Training of Indian Forest Service Officers since 2019-20
He has also been involved in designing the capacity building modules for different stakeholders and action research to develop sustainable livelihood models for poor through community institution-building under National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM) covering five states of India including Chhattisgarh.
Acted as Team Leader to conduct studies related to review, assessment and evaluation of government-sponsored programs like RKVY, NHM, Tribal Sub Plan, JFM, NAP, JICA assisted TFIPA Project, Special SGSY program, Micro Finance Institutions, IWMP etc in different states including Chattisgarh, Tripura, Gujrat, Tamilnadu, Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal.
